Ensuring that if a first-party report is received by another party, such report is promptly forwarded to the anti-bribery function for appropriate handling.
9. Protects any reporter who reports suspected or actual bribery, or violations of the Anti-Bribery Management System, from retaliation or any other unjustified treatment in any form
10. Imposes disciplinary actions and sanctions on any individual who violates the Anti-Bribery Policy in accordance with applicable company regulations.
